Yoga and Meditation don't belong to any religion, they are body-centred practices and tools rooted in ancient wisdom. Embody Yoga combines traditional yogic practices with science-based understanding to open the door to physical health, clarity of mind and openness of heart. 

Each yoga class is an opportunity to come home into the body in a safe and healing way.

A sagacious Swamini told me: There are 88 000 yogic practices, find the ones that you love to do, and then do them with regularity. Embody yoga classes provide a combination of physical postures (asanas), mindfulness, mantra, meditation, kirtan, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation meditation) and breath practices (pranayama). ​All levels of yoga experience and physical ability are welcomed.
